Leonard D. Smith, 57, of Burlington (Powers Lake) died March 22, 2012, at Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, at the Haase-Lockwood and Associates Funeral Home and Crematory, 620 Legion Drive, Twin Lakes. Inurnment will be on March 28, at Mound Prairie Cemetery.
