Burglars strike in Randall

The Knolls Subdivision in Randall has experienced four residential burglaries in recent weeks.

According to Sgt. Bill Beth of the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department, all four houses were located right next to each other. There are also several other homes on the west end of the county that have also been burglarized that could be related.

Beth said, “Burglars are entering by cutting screens and breaking windows.  They are taking anything of value; electronics, jewelry, cash.”

Beth said other items such as a guitar and fishing gear was also taken, which was a little “random” based on the items that had been stolen in previous break-ins.

The sheriff’s department is very interested in hearing from anyone who has any information about these other break-ins.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Ken Santelli at (262) 605-5102 or call Crime Stoppers at (800) 807-TIPS (8477).

Kenosha Area Crime Stoppers is a non-profit organization of citizens against crime. CrimeStoppers offers cash rewards of up to $1,000 to anyone furnishing anonymous information that leads to the arrest of criminals, including those committing serious felony crimes, and fugitives.

Information is received through anonymous tips via the sheriff’s department secure phone lines. CrimeStoppers tip lines are answered by professional call takers in Kenosha City/County Joint Services Records Division. Each caller is assigned a code number for the purpose of insuring anonymity. You do not have to give your name to claim your reward.
