The Twin Lakes Chamber and Business Association will unveils its newest project, Business in the Park, on Saturday, Aug. 25,  to be held 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This is a good way to spread the word about your business and as a community member, a great way to learn about the kinds of services are available right here. There will be a farmer’s market, children’s entertainment area, retail and crafts and food.

Booths will be set up in the public parking lot next to the Chamber office. There is still exhibit space. Call the Chamber at 877-2220 for more information.

During the Business in the Park, you will also have a chance to bid on a Garden Gate, a new art project the Chamber is also sponsoring.

The garden gates, which have been decorated by area schools and artists, are now on display at Keller Williams Premier Realty, 334 E. Main; Associated Bank, 213 N. Lake Avenue; BP Gas Station, 475 North Lake St.; and the Community Library, 110 S. Lake Ave.

Art lovers are asked to vote for their favorite by calling the Chamber at 877-2220; emailing [email protected] or dropping a note in the Chamber’s drop box, located outside the office, at 249 E. Main St. The winner will receive a monetary prize yet to be determined. The gates will be on display until Aug. 24 and then be available for purchase through the silent auction, which will be held during Business in the Park.
