Santa is coming to town and Trees are on parade!

There’s already a lot of rumors going around. Allegedly Santa Claus has been seen practicing landings and take offs in the area. Reindeer tracks have also been seen in some area cornfields. It appears some kind of holiday magic is in the air.

You can ask Santa himself if these rumors are true, as he makes appearances are area fire houses and in local parades. Here’s a slice of the fun coming our way this holiday season:

 

Santa at the TLFD

Santa will be visiting the Twin Lakes Fire House on Saturday, Dec. 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visit Santa and check out all of the fire equipment. Have your photo taken with Santa and enjoy a hot cup of coca and a cookie!

 

Santa is coming to RFD

Santa Claus is coming to Town! Santa will be taking time out of his busy schedule to visit the kids of Randall, Saturday, Dec. 8. At 10 a.m. Santa will begin visiting all the town neighborhoods trading his sleigh for a Randall Fire Department truck.

Santa will be stopping along the way; so all good boys and girls can visit him and get a candy cane too!

 

Breakfast with Santa Have breakfast with Santa on Sunday, Dec. 9, 8 a.m., at the Randall Fire Station located at Hwy F and KD (336th Ave) for a pancake breakfast.

Santa will be taking Christmas requests and having pictures taken until 1 p.m. Don’t forget to bring your camera. Breakfast is free to all.

The Randall Fire Dept. will also be conducting a food drive at this time. Please help the less fortunate during the holidays by bringing a non-perishable food contributions to the station.

 

Trees on Parade

Trees on Parade and Holiday Shopping will be held on Friday, Dec. 7, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 8, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Santa will be making an appearance on Friday at 6 p.m.

Visit Santa, shop the wonder selection of vendors and crafters, enjoy the bake sales and of course vote for your favorite tree. This great holiday happening takes place at Rumpoles in Twin Lakes.  Admission is $2.

 

Holiday Light Parade

The annual Twin Lakes Holiday Light Parade begins at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at Lance Park in Twin Lakes and runs down East Main Street to Central Park.
