ANNA ROSE TULLY

Anna Rose Tully, 83, of Silver Lake, died March 27, 2013, at Geneva Lake Manor, Lake Geneva. She was born Oct. 13, 1929, in North Dakota, to the late August and Martha (Rommelfanger) Sabinash.
After turning 18, Ann moved to Chicago, living there until 1974 when she moved to Wilmot. She was a member of the Semrau-Scott American Legion Auxiliary Post No. 361, and Holy Cross Church, both of Wilmot, as well as the church’s Polish Club. After over 20 years in Wilmot, she settled in Silver Lake in 1995.
Ann enjoyed being outside, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren. In the spring, she volunteered her time planting flowers at LaSalette Shrine in Twin Lakes. On Aug. 30, 1952, she married Owen Charles Tully in Chicago and he preceded her in death Oct. 20, 2004.
Survivors include her children, Dennis (Diane) of Waupaca; Colleen Tully of Camp Lake; Patrick (Kathy) of Hebron, Ill.; Kathleen (Craig) Severson of Burlington and Lora (Craig) Sattersten of Salem; nine grandchildren, Matthew, Ali, Trish, Brian, Megan, Samantha, Sara, Carli, and Jon; one great-grandson, Enzo; and her brothers and sisters Raymond, Catherine, Dorothy, Mary, Margaret, Jeanne, and Lorre.
She was further preceded in death by three brothers, and one sister.
Funeral services with Mass of Christian burial was held a.m. April 2, at Holy Cross Church, Wilmot. Interment followed in Southern Wisconsin Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Holy Cross Church, Heartland Hospice, 9114 58th Pl., Kenosha, WI 53144, or Geneva Lake Manor, 211 E. Curtis St., Lake Geneva, WI 53147, in her memory.
