Centegra invites community to fourth annual Northwest Trail Run

Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center invites runners to join the fourth annual Northwest Trail Run Sunday, Nov. 10 at Veteran Acres Park in Crystal Lake. The 10-mile run will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the five-mile walk and run will start at 8:45 a.m.

The event, which is presented by McHenry County Orthopaedics, Star 105.5, The Running Depot and the Northwest Herald, will benefit the Centegra Health System Foundation.

Early-bird registration ends Nov. 7. Participants may register in person at Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center-Crystal Lake, 200 Congress Parkway, at Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center-Huntley, 10450 Algonquin Road or online at signmeup.com/91655. The first 300 registrants will receive free T-shirts.

Packet pickup will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9 at The Running Depot, 30 N. Williams St., Crystal Lake and from 7 to 8:15 a.m. the day of the race at Veteran Acres Park.
