Cooking Basics: Knives and Stocking Your Pantry is workshop topic

“Cooking Basics: Knives and Stocking Your Pantry” is the topic for a cooking workshop from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Sunday, January 29 at the Civil War Museum. Rita Ramacci of Francine’s Fine Catering will teach about selecting and caring for knives, and how to use different knives for different cutting tasks. She also will discuss the basic supplies every pantry should contain. Cost is $25. Advance registration is required.
