Wilmot Community Outreach offers fall programs

The Wilmot High School Community Outreach department offers the following courses this fall:

  • Beginning Bridge (Contract Bridge): Learn how to play the basics of Contract Bridge and have fun doing it. Bridge is a game that can be played and enjoyed for a lifetime. In this six-week class, you will cover shuffling, bidding and playing your hand. Start Date: Tuesday, Oct. 20 to Dec. 1, 6 p.m. Fee: $25.
  • Essential Oils 101 and The Perfect 13: Be introduced to essential oils as well as refreshed if you’ve had this class previously. Thursday, Oct. 15, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Fee: $14.
  • Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis: Learn how you can benefit. Monday, Oct. 26, 7 to 8:30 p.m. Fee: $22.
  • Spin: Wednesday Evenings. Spinning is a challenging workout that is suitable for all levels of fitness as you are able to work at your own pace. Wednesdays, Nov. 4 to Dec. 23, 6 to 7 p.m. Fee: $40.
  • Total Body Workout: This highly efficient, total body workout is just what you need. This hour workout includes multiple weighted and non-weighted exercises to condition and tone the whole body. Saturdays, Oct. 31 to Dec. 19, 7 to 8 a.m. Fee: $30.
  • One-on-One Training Course: This One-on-One training is intended to motivate clients by setting goals and providing constructive feedback to the client as they progress. Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Available every day, including weekends. Weekdays after 3 p.m., weekends after 8 a.m. Contact Community Outreach to set up personal one- on-one time. $30 per session.
  • Body Transformation Course: During this course, clients will be taken through a variety of high intensity progressive resistance training exercises.

Thursdays through Oct. 22, 6 to 7 p.m., Fee: $25 for four sessions.

Fridays through Oct. 23, 6 to 7 p.m., Fee: $25 for four sessions.

Preregistration is required for all classes. Check out the website at www.wilmothighschool.com under the Community Outreach tab. Click on Current Offerings or Waivers/Registrations tabs. Watch the web site for new classes that are being added.
