After Westosha Central’s meet victory in the Elkhorn Triangular Tuesday, the girls track team is still unbeaten in outdoor events at 3-0.

The Lady Falcons, who won the nine-school Z-Invite April 21, edged host Elkhorn by three points and was ahead of third-place Burlington, who had 81 total points in the Tuesday meet.

Junior thrower Amanda Sabourin, who won her first two discus events, followed up with another first-place finish in Elkhorn where she threw 110-feet-6 inches.

Sabourin tossed her season-best 111-feet at the Z-Invite, less than two feet from her personal best last year.

Along with Sabourin, sophomore Jaden McKenna, Taylor Washack and senior Sydney Rau edged Elkhorn by just under six seconds in the 800-meter relay in Tuesday’s triangular.

Meanwhile, senior Hadlei Stanczek, coming off her high jump personal best 5-feet-3 high, added second first-place finish Tuesday.

Sydney Rau, a senior, captured first-place by one inch in the long jump, where she leaped to 14-09.00.

Rasch added a second-place honor in the 3,200-run at the Elkhorn Triangular with a posted time of 13:46.60.

In addition to Rasch’s personal-best in the 3,200 April 21, she yielded another career performance in the 1,600 at the Z-Invite.
