Westosha Central 3, East Troy 1

The Lady Falcons notched their third victory in five games following a 3-1 non conference decision at East Troy April 26.

Westosha Central, trailing 1-0, rallied back to score three goals, the first coming from junior Lindsey Kimpler in the 25th minute, followed by an Anna Leigh Niles goal assisted by Stephanie Dopuch.

Niles capped off the rally with a goal unassisted at the 73rd minute.

According to coach Luis Totera, the midfielders got into the right position to make plays.

“We had some really good chances in front of the net tonight the team played as a unit,” Totera said. “Midfield controlled the pace of the game and put us in good scoring position.”

Burlington 3, Westosha Central 0

The Lady Falcons dropped to 3-4-3 (0-1 SLC) after the shutout.
