While Friday marked the opening of the annual Libertyfest celebration at Lance Park in Twin Lakes, there is plenty more to come Saturday, starting with an 11 a.m. Grand Parade from Legion to Lance Park and capped off with a bang.
Friday’s opening launch began with the country stylings of acoustic artist Nora Collins, followed by the Pat Watters Band.
Leading off entertainment for Saturday is the interactive Twin Lakes Idol competition, slated 2-4:30 p.m., with applications available at the Twin Lakes Area Chamber and Business Association booth.
Additionally, Kyle Young Band is set to take the stage from 5-7 p.m. before the defending National Champion Aquanuts will dive in for a Ski Show in Lake Elizabeth.
Random Maxx follows up at 8 p.m. with a live performance, but there will be a break at dusk for the Fireworks show.
Below are snapshots from Friday, along with a full schedule of events the next two days.
