PHOTOS: County Fair Livestock Auction

More than 150 livestock went up for auction Saturday at the Kenosha County Fair, where several champions took to the ring to showcase lambs, beef, swine and goats.

Before auction, animals receive a weight, then sold on a cents per pound basis.

Winning bidders can put the animal back to the sales ring once, and permanently sold the second time, with the original sale price helping exhibitors and the final price going towards the building fund administered by the Kenosha County Livestock Sales Team.
