The Hill Road bridge has been closed until Spring/Summer 2013.
Detours are now in effect. The bridge is being removed and completely renovated. Hill Road will be open from Route 12 to the Odd Fellows Hall, to allow access to the Nippersink Public Library. Hill Road will also be open from Bonnie Brae to North Solon Road, to allow access for local residents.
The Richmond Fire Department says fire and EMS response to residents who live along this corridor will “undoubtedly be affected by this increased travel distance. Please do not hesitate to contact 911 early, should you have the slightest need for our assistance.”
