The Community State Bank, 25360 75th St., Salem, was robbed at 2:23 p.m. Tuesday, July 31. The suspect is a white male, ages 18 to 25, weighing 225 to 260 pounds and is approximately 5’10” to 6’0″ tall. His hair is light brown or blond. He was wearing a blue button down shirt and blue jeans, a straw hat and sunglasses.
According to the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department the suspect implied but did not display a hand gun at the time of the robbery. He fled the scene westbound on Highway 50 in what is believed to be a 2001 to 2003 silver Hyundai Elantra with Illinois plates. The number is not know but could be something similar to 2879339. The vehicle may have a defective right brake light.
