Wayne Static of Static X, is flanked by dancers as he takes center stage during the WIIL Rock Fest: 20 years, 20 Bands, 20 dollars, held Aug. 11 at Shadow Hill Ranch in Twin Lakes. Static X came to the forefront of metal bands with the release of their debut album, “Wisconsin Death Trip” released in 2001. The band is currently on tour across the nation.
