Fellow Mortals Wildlife Hospital will hold its Second Annual Wildlife Education Day at Meadowlark Acres Nature and Education Center, N5146 North Road, Burlington. The event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 13, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Event fees help fund the rehabilitation of injured and orphaned wildlife. The entrance fee of $5 (kids under 5 are free) will entitle guests to access the grounds, ranger station, gift shops, scavenger hunts, self-guided walks and lawn games. Additional fees are charged for education programs, guided nature walks, arts and crafts and other activities.
