A memorial service will take place at Mount Prairie Cemetery at 9 a.m.
A second service will be held at St. John’s Cemetery at 9:30 a.m.
The public is urged to attend one of both memorial services and take time to remember those who died defending the freedoms we enjoy everyday.
The American Legion Family of Post 544, Twin Lakes, is hosting a Memorial Day Parade on Monday May 27.
Line-up will be held between 10 and 10:30 a.m. at Lance Park, with the parade stepping off at 11 a.m. The parade will leave Lance Park and head down Main Street, turning left on Lake to Legion Drive, to the American Legion Post.
