Kenosha County UW-Extension is hosting two food preservation workshops: Tuesday, Aug. 20, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Learn Canning Raspberry Jam at Reuther High School, Kenosha. This is a hands-on workshop where participants will prepare their own raspberry jam. The workshop fee is $40/person by Aug. 13.
On Thursday, Sept. from 10:30 a.m. to noon, Jam/Jelly preservation demonstration at the Boys & Girls Club, Kenosha. This is a demonstration only. The workshop fee is $15/person by August 29th.
