Volunteers are needed to man some shifts during Libertyfest Friday, July 4 and Saturday, July 5:
Ticket Booth
Sell drinks and check ID’s & issue wrist bands.
Shifts: Fri. 5-7pm, 7-9pm & 9-11:30pm Sat. 11:30am-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm, 6-8pm,
8-10pm, 10-11:30pm
Chamber Booth
Sell tickets for soda and water,
add ice and soda to cooling tanks, package & sell apple squares and brownies, sell scratch off tickets.
Shifts: Fri, 5-7pm, 7-9:30pm, 9:30-midnight. Sat. noon-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm, 6-8pm,
8-10pm, 10-midnight
Children’s Booth
(New this year!)
Sell wrist bands for the Kid’s Inflatables. Located near the children’s area.
Shifts: Fri. 5-7pm, 7-9pm
Sat. noon-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm, 6-8pm, 8-10pm
Beer Tent
Collect tickets & serve beer. May need to restock beer & ice in troughs.
Shifts: Fri. 5-7pm, 7-9:30pm, 9:30-midnight Sat. noon-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm, 6-8pm, 8-10pm, 10-midnight.
SnoCone Cotton Candy Booth
Make & sell snocones and
sell bags of cotton candy.
Shifts: Fri. 5-7 pm, 7-9 pm
Sat. noon-2 pm, 2-4 pm,
4-6 pm, 6-8 pm, 8-10 pm.
Last 2 shifts Sat. require 3 people. 6th grade and up can work this booth. This is a cash booth so it requires an adult to be present.
Money Collection
Adult teams of 2 to collect money, resupply Ticket, Chamber, and Kids ticket booths & are in charge of the tents for the shift.
Shifts: Fri. 5-8 pm, 8-midnight
Sat. noon-4 pm, 4-8 pm, 8-midnight Last Sat. shift goes to the bank with Wayne.
Craft Booth
Set up shift: Sat. 8 am-noon
One volunteer needed.
Parade
Help set up the parade, direct people, put signs to direct
floats and any other
help Melissa needs.
One shift Sat. 8 am-11:30
Clean up
Sunday 8 am-11 am
Help take down booths, return items to the Chamber, clean the tables and general packing up from the event.
We need at least 3 volunteers, more would be greatly appreciated.
Sunday 8 am-11 am
At least 2 volunteers to clean the beach and Aquanaut Area.
