Yoga Studio 108, located at 11416 Fox River Road, next to the Dance Studio in Wilmot, is now open.
Yoga Studio 108 offers mat yoga and suspended aerial classes for every size, shape and age.
This is the first aerial yoga studio in southern Wisconsin. All classes are instructed by a certified aerial instructor only. You can enjoy yoga in a silk hammock. There are also aerial classes for children to seniors.
Aerial Yoga is a six week hammock session with 50 asana’s (positions) of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Each individual will learn with the aid of a hammock. The hammock allows you to deepen your stretch and aerial yoga is great for rehabilitation.
Limit four to six students per class. Reservations are requested.
For mat yoga classes, beginners to advanced, call (262) 220-6855 to make a reservation. Cost is between $10 and $15; hot yoga is $20. For aerial yoga classes, beginners to advanced, call (262) 716-5526.
Adult aerial yoga is $15 for one hour; $20 for 90-minutes. Curvy and full figured aerial yoga, $15 and children’s aerial yoga, $12.
