Help “Light up Lakewood” on Friday, June 6, at Lakewood School’s annual 5K run/walk. Race events will begin at 8 p.m. with the official start at dark.
This year the 5K race will be a Glow Run, filled with black lights, glow sticks and glow powder.
The goal is to Light Up Lakewood with neon glowing fun. Glowing participants may be from all ages, shapes, sizes and speeds; but every participant will help light up Lakewood.
Whether you are an avid runner or just want to have fun, the three miles of glow will help benefit programs offered at Lakewood School.
