The Village of Antioch’s Department of Parks and Recreation will hold the annual Easter Parade on Saturday, April 7.
Parade entries are encourages; there is no entry fee. The parade will begin at 10:30 a.m. and line up will take place between 9:30 and 10:15 a.m. on Skidmore Drive.
The parade will head north on Main Street to Williams Street. You will receive a line up position in the mail on or before April 2. No Easter Bunny in your entry, as that is always the final entry in the parade.
The parade will be followed by the Easter Egg Hunt at Williams Park. Arrange for parade participants to be picked-up at the parking Lot on Skidmore. If you have any questions, call Shawn Roby at (847) 838-4032.
Deadline for entry is Wednesday March 28, at 5 p.m. Any entries received after this date will not be accepted. The parade entry application is located at the bottom of the calendar on the village website, www.antioch.il/gov.
